Heather Good - MSW, RSW, Depth Hypnosis
Heather is a Yoga Therapist and Depth Hypnosis Practitioner with over 15 years of experience. Heather Good guides workshops focused on helping you to recognize and release what's at the root of your stress and to reclaim your vitality through Kundalini Yoga, Depth Hypnosis and Applied Shamanic Counselling.
Lucinda Flavelle -MA, Registered Clinical Counsellor
Lucinda Flavelle is a Registered Clinical Counsellor. She is trained in Jungian Psychology, Internal Family Systems, and Deep Brain Reorienting. She will be offering activities to help us revel in self-compassion, garner insight into how (and why) we do what we do, and celebrate the fun, joyful, and creative parts of us.
Nicole Silveira - Yoga Teacher
Nicole is a yoga teacher who enjoys putting together creative, slow- moving flow sequences that connect movement to breath with the intention of helping others to slow down, take time for introspection and reset. She has been teaching both studio classes and private sessions since 2015. Her training includes hatha, chair, yin and trauma-informed practice.
