My day, weekend, and destination retreats are designed to support you to work in a way that sustains and supports you. Experiences and programs are designed to meet your unique needs.

You will engage in mind-body practices for deep healing and leave feeling deeply nourished in body, mind, and spirit.

Who is facilitating?

Each event’s facilitator is an expert in the field of mental heath and mind-body wellness. All of them have advanced certifications and are leaders in their disciplines.

Come to get away and learn from leaders in the field on your journey of self improvement.

Who is it for?

My programs are for anyone who may be at risk of burnout and who wishes to better be able to nurture oneself and support clients.

You are warmly invited if you self identify as a “helping professional,” regardless of whether you are a therapist, psychologist, social worker, counsellor, nurse, teacher, massage therapist or any other mental health professional, and want to grow your skills and become more self aware in an environment that is supportive and nurturing.
