Heather Good, MSW, RSW is a Yoga Therapist and Depth Hypnosis Practitioner whose work focuses on helping her client’s to shift and release stress and reclaim their power. Join her for sessions integrating Kundalini Yoga, Depth Hypnosis and Applied Shamanic Counselling.
Carmen RIchardson is a Registered Social Worker trained in Expressive Arts Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS). She will be offering workshops that support deep personal connection and that focus on celebrating our joyful, fun and creative parts. Come and gain insight into how (and why) we do what we do, and connect with yourself and others.
